The goal of this tool is to help you track your value over time. You can share this document directly with your manager, or ask to meet routinely to review your notes together. The goal of using this tool is to help you build confidence in the value you’re adding in your career, as well as have a record of the impact you’re making to the team so that you can better articulate that impact in conversations surrounding your performance.
The tracker template comes with slides through Q1 2025. Make sure you make a copy of this entire document to customize it with your own details, then you’ll need to copy Slides 5-11 for each new Quarter. Be sure to also check out the helpful notes throughout on how to use each slide.
