Why Marching Band Video

Membership Toolkit

• Membership Toolkit is our Program Management software. We use this software to collect fees, sell spirit wear, collect registration, and communicate with our families through our website, apexhighband.org. Every member of the program needs to have a Membership Toolkit account to participate in all aspects of our bands.
• Activation - Returning members have accounts that are already active. New members need to go to apexhighband.org to create a new account. One member of the family can activate the account for each linked account. Parents activating their accounts will automatically activate the accounts for their band members and other household members.
• Directory Access - You can choose what contact information is available on the directory for others to see, or choose not to be on the directory at all. We have the directory locked down so only active members of the program can view it. If you are not in the program, you do not have access to our directory.
• There’s an App for that! - Much of what we do can be in your hands! Download the membership Toolkit app and interact from your mobile device! Account creation/activation has to be done from the website, but once you are activated, go mobile!

• Separate Academic Rental Fee
• If you use a school-owned instrument for academic band - $100* due first week of school

*Once student takes possession of a rented instrument, rental fee becomes non-refundable

2025 Marching Band Fees

Financial Aid

• Partial and Full Aid is available
• Financial aid requests are made annually- due by May 31, 2025
• Forms can be obtained by emailing the President, Treasurer, SAA or Mr. Jarvis (please note that information remains confidential through the process)
• Requests will be reviewed by Mr. Jarvis and voted on by the Board
• Families receiving aid are expected to participate in fundraising and volunteering. Fundraising funds normally deposited to the student’s account will instead be deposited into the band’s general fund and used to reduce the amount of aid recorded
• A student’s waived fees for the current and previous seasons must be paid in full, either in cash or fundraising proceeds, before the student may participate in any student-funded trip

What is a SHOW SHIRT?

• Every band student automatically receives a short sleeve show shirt with registration
• Show Shirt Order deadline - July 1st
• For parents/families or students wanting an extra shirt
• Order through MT store
• We will only order shirts ONE time

• General Fund supports our band program common expenses such as equipment, transportation, entrance fees
