Why are we doing it?

  • Research shows that it takes approximately 21 days to form a new habit or break an old one
  • That’s 21 days of being consistent for new habits to start to become habitual
  • Disrupting our routines can help build positive habits

What is It?

  • 21 Days
  • Each day, participate in a small act of kindness, demonstrate leadership, or express gratitude
  • Record it in your mini-notebook
  • However, each action must be something new or different each day

How Am I Going to be Graded?

Counted as a summative assessment

21 Entries = 8 points (each entry should be detailed, unique, and honest - ie: things you’ve actually done)

20-18 Entries = 6 points

17-15 Entries = 4 points

14-10 Entries = 2 points

Less than 9 Entries = 1 point

Day #1 - A Small Kindness (10/22)

What is one thing that you did this weekend that helped or benefitted other people? Describe what you did and how it might’ve helped.
