    • To enhance the EU added value, promote cooperation between organisations in different countries, reinforce the quality of applications and ensure fair competition and equal opportunities
  • Focus on collaborative research - typically among participants from at least three countries (at least 1 partner from an EU MS and at least 2 additional partners from 2 other different countries coming either from EU MS and/or AC. In many cases, a consortium with more than 3 partners is expected.
