Digital Media�Graphic Design: Year one, first semester

• Learn how to use Photoshop
• Starting from the beginning
• No prior knowledge required
• Create fun images and professional-grade marketing material
• Work with real clients and build your portfolio in a brand-new lab
• Learn how to not only create cool stuff but how to get paid doing it!

Digital Media�Graphic Design: Year one, second semester

• Learn how to use Illustrator
• Starting from the beginning
• No prior knowledge required
• Create logos, embroidery patterns (hats and shirts), and t-shirts
• Return to Photoshop for advanced training
• Create a valuable marketing packet (logo, brochure, business card) to start your own business!

Year one, first semester: Biotechnology 1

Lab Skills

• Use a micropipette to transfer DNA
• Learn gel electrophoresis to analyze DNA
• Genetically modify bacteria

Use Biotechnology skills to learn how DNA is analyzed in the following areas:

• Genomic Sequencing
• Forensics

• Conservation Science

We work closely with our partners and rivals across the city at Oside High.

We shoot all of the City Cup rivalry games and we even have a City Cup Challenge of our own!
