AWARD

PURPOSE

The goal of the TFRW Public Relations (PR) Award is to build trust, improve reputation, and boost visibility by authentically sharing your club’s narrative, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and managing communication with current members, potential members, and the community. Keep expanding your club’s brand through diverse PR channels in your community and increase club membership.

PR Award Specifics:

• This award is valid from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027. It recognizes specific accomplishments across four categories: Overall PR Commitment, Newsletter, Social Media, and Website.

• To be eligible for the award, clubs must fulfill the minimum points, per club size requirements.

• ALL items in the sections marked “REQUIREMENTS” in ALL the four categories MUST BE MET in order to qualify for the award.

• BONUS Activities are awarded at varying amounts.

• Clubs that accumulate the highest points based on club size and category will be honored with an award for their exceptional efforts in promoting their club.

• Additionally, clubs must maintain good standing to qualify for this award.
