1. Planner?
2. Create schedule with deadlines and meetings.
3. Keep your materials organized and in one place to find them easily.

How can you keep yourself organized to make sure you are successful?

Keep track of your projects

1. Start thinking about who you’re going to bring to the Town Hall Event
2. Track the progress on your proposals to make sure you complete everything (task list, video, etc).
3. Write down when your meetings are to make sure you attend them, and write down any notes from the meetings.

What specific things/strategies can you do to keep track of all your projects?

Keep an open mind

1. Not everyone will have the same opinions as you and that’s okay!
2. Make sure we are all respectful and kind to each other (not despite) but because of our differences!
3. We can all learn things from each other.

Can you think of instances people had different opinions than you? How did that work out?

Don’t be afraid to speak your mind

1. Incredibly rewarding to be a part of these projects to make a difference in your community.
2. Valuable for us because we get to incorporate youth into our work and target youth better.
3. Valuable for you because of the experiences and skills you get to learn.
