  • Class Attendance

International students who are absent from classes for a certain period of time will be reported to the Immigration Bureau as a student whose whereabouts are unknown.

If you need to be absent for any reason, please be sure to inform you instructor and academic supervisor.

you must submit an “International Travel Form”

to the university office and your supervisor.

If you take a leave of absence, you are required to return to

your home country and you must submit

a “Notification of Returning to Home Country” form.

  • This is a system under which eligible recipients who have met certain criteria specified by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (MHLW) are allowed to receive benefits equivalent to a part of the admission fee and tuition paid to a university.

  • Insurance for students � (Gakkensai & Gakkenbai)

 All Toyo University students are automatically enrolled in the student insurance (Gakkensai) at the time of enrollment. As Toyo University will take care of the details, no special procedures are required.

However, if you are injured or damage another student’s things during school activities or while attending classes, please notify the Student Affairs Office within 30 days.

The purpose of this scholarship is to foster significant human resources by encouraging students to be devoted to their studies and to support students financially.
