What is a Crypto Address?

It is a unique lettering system (often 26-35 characters long) to identify a unique wallet/account.

Each Crypto has their unique address formats:

Bitcoin/BTC typically starts with 1, 3 or bc1

Example: bc1qxy2kgdygjrsqtzq2n0yrf2493p83kkfjhx0wlh

Every user will have different addresses for each crypto:

So if you have deposit address for Bitcoin/BTC, your deposit address will be different to other user’s deposit addresses for Bitcoin/BTC.

Step 4: Log into other wallet, then find asset you want to transfer (e.g. Bitcoin/BTC)
Step 5: Click on ‘Withdraw’ or ‘Send’
Step 6: You will be asked to provide a‘ Deposit Address’. Paste the ‘Deposit Address’ you got from Step 3 in here
Step 7: Type the amount you want to send, and click ‘send’
Step 8: If required, enter verification codes to complete the deposit transfer

Step 1: Go to your ‘Fiat & Spot Wallet’
Step 2: Find the asset you want to transfer into (e.g. Bitcoin/BTC)
Step 3: Click on ‘Deposit’ or ‘Receive’

Why has my Deposit Failed?

Deposits can fail due to various reasons such as insufficient funds, reaching daily limits or risk factors in transactions

I am already Verified, why is it asking me to verify again to deposit?

Some accounts are flagged for compliance risk due to various reasons such as being of a certain age, country of residence or having a similar/exact name with bad actors
These accounts will need to verify with Address Verification

A One-Cancels-the-Other (OCO) is a pair of orders combining a stop-limit order and a limit maker order on the same side, with the same order quantity. When either one of the orders is executed (the stop price is triggered for stop limit order), the other one is automatically canceled. When either one of the orders is being canceled, in effect the entire OCO order pair is canceled.

Price Restrictions:

For sell orders, the prices have to follow the following rule:

Limit price of limit maker order > Market price > Stop price of stop-limit order.

For buy orders, the prices have to follow the following rule:

Limit Price of limit maker order < Market price < Stop price of stop-limit order.

e.g: If the last price is 10:

A SELL OCO must have a limit price greater than 10, and the stop price lesser than 10.

A BUY OCO must have the limit price lesser than 10, and the stop price greater than 10.
