On june 6, 1945 the battle of normandy or D-Day was a key point in wich Aillied troops were able to invade Germany.To diside the outcome of Germany after WWII the big 3 Soviet leader Joseph Stalin, British Prime Minister Winston Churchill, and U.S. President Harry Truman met in Potsdam, Germany, from July 17 to August 2, 1945, to negotiate terms for the end of World War II. On April 30 1945 Hittler comited suiside in a buncker due to being hunted by the soviet. Even tho VE day or victory day to celebrate the end of the war in Eroupe the war was still going on in the pasific.
