I am studying/observing the use of AI in academic programs because I want to learn about the pros of AI that could possibly improve academic programs, and to help my reader understand why AI will become important for academic programs in the future

Existing Research

According to Pai et al (2020), a tutor system to help 5th graders learn math has shown that AI has improved students’ grades by 30% while reducing their anxiety by 20%
A survey has shown that 47% of learning management tools will include AI in the next 3 years and the market for AI enhanced tools will reach $6 billion this year
