  • Creates a “history” for those who serve after us
  • Negates the need to pass on huge notebooks to future officers

Go to Google drive from your aggiemoms email� 1. click on the “waffle”

2. Then click on “Drive”

You will see everything in your drive, plus, things others share with you.

Upload files

  • On your computer, you can upload from drive.google.com or your desktop. You can upload files into private or shared folders.

  • At the top left, click New and then File Upload or Folder Upload.

  • Choose the file or folder you want to upload. Great for Board reports, etc.

Sharing a file on Google Drive

  • Go back to the “waffle”
  • Go to Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, or Slides.
  • Click the file you want to share.
  • Click Share
  • Under "Share with people and groups," enter the email address you want to share with.

Making a New Folder

  • Click on “New”
  • Then click on “Folder”
  • Then title your folder.
  • Then click “Create”
