CHCS Celebrates 4- H Charter with Fort Valley State University

Fort Valley State University's Cooperative Extension Program presented Chattahoochee Hills Charter School with its official 4-H Charter. The school, located in Chattahoochee Hills, Georgia, enrolls students from kindergarten to eighth grade. FVSU faculty and staff also toured the school's agricultural facilities.

1. By the end of the 2022-23 school year, 70% of scholars will increase their proficiency by one level in Math & Reading as measured by the state assessment.
2. 50% or more of exceptional education scholars will score on or above grade-level on the EOY iReady diagnostic and EOG assessment in Reading and Math
3. 70% of exceptional education scholars will master their IEP goals.

• Learning stations are being implemented in every class weekly to address varied instructional needs
• TriFocus Seminars are occurring consistently- 4th rotation
• Walkthroughs are occurring frequently with consistent feedback- over 300 walkthroughs have been conducted
• Cultural Celebrations every month to highlight scholars academic, athletic and civic achievements
