Overview: In order to partner with families in the important work of student learning and growth, BPS is implementing clear districtwide policies & procedures for sharing information with families about BPS assessments and student performance on district assessments. Through assessment information sharing, BPS will engage students and families in learning and celebrating student growth.
MAP Family Reports: BPS will share student MAP assessment results with families after each test administration window in SY23-24. Families will receive a customized score report with their students’ test results, along with information to help them interpret the scores. Reports are in English and translated templates are available for non-English speaking families (links to letter templates below).
Note: Reports are produced for students tested during district test windows. For a student(s) tested after a window has closed, schools can manually produce reports to share test results with families of late testers.
