Renewal Dates, Rules and club info

Rocky Creek is a for profit organization. The calendar year for the club will run from October to the following October. All members are to pay online through square invoicing and complete the online membership form. Members may be subject to a $100 prepaid target assessment up to twice a year depending on maintenance costs.

CLUB ACCESS: Entry to the club is available to all members for recreation purposes seven (7) days per week, however, certain days of the year the club may be closed due to Registered Shoots, charity and private functions. Dates upon which the club will be closed are to be posted on the website calendar so that members can plan accordingly.

Pavilion/Clubhouse

The pavilion area is available at no cost for member use under 25 participants. Members must clean the area or a $450 fee will be assessed. Free facility usage is for business hours 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday. After hours usage is a $500 fee up to 26 people. $1000 25+ people. The event must be shutdown by 10pm.

Safety

The following safety rules are applicable to all members and guests. Persons who have consumed any alcoholic beverages shall not be permitted on the shooting fields. No gun will be loaded until the shooter is on the shooting station. Actions of guns will be kept open when not on a shooting station, open or out. Any loaded gun will be kept pointed in a direction that will not endanger the lives of other shooters, field personnel or spectators. If an individual on a shooting station encounters a delay he/she must open and extract all shells until that time the delay has ended. The loading of more than two (2) shells in a gun will not be allowed at any time on any clays field or course. Both eye and ear protection must be worn at all times when on or near shooting fields. Shot larger than #7.5 will not be allowed on any clays field or course. ABSOLUTELY NO HUNTING.
