students to buy and sell textbooks, notes, and other materials.
Users can create listings for the items they wish to sell, set their own prices, and
communicate with buyers through the app’s messaging system.
UniWork would be operating in the education and e-commerce industries. By providing a platform for students to exchange books and other university-related materials, our app can help streamline the buying and selling process and make it easier for students to find the resources they need to succeed in their studies.
Product/Service pricing- The students are the ones that set the price of the products that they want to sell, but we control and make sure that they don’t overprice or underprice the products. We get a commission fee for every transaction made from our app.

Opportunities and Threats in the Industry, including barriers to entry
Threats in the industry include competition from other similar apps and websites,
potential legal challenges related to copyright and intellectual property, and the risk
of data breaches or other security issues.
Opportunities in the industry include the growing demand for affordable textbooks and other related materials, the increasing use of mobile devices and apps among students, and the potential for different partnerships.
Barriers to entry for the app may include the need to establish partnerships with already-existing businesses known from students in order for the app to launch, the cost of developing and maintaining a secure and user-friendly platform, and the need to build a large user base in order to generate revenue from advertising or premium subscriptions.
