The doors to the front office will be locked at all times now. In order to get in you need to push the silver button located next to the door and pull the door open. Once you push the button you have about 10 seconds to pull the door open before it locks again. If you’re dropping off attendance sheets there will be a brown box in front of the attendance window that Mrs. Ponce sits at. You may place your attendance sheets in the box. If you have any questions just ask your teacher and they should be able to help you out.

Orchestra Picture Day

Wednesday, October 17, 2018! Students will wear their orchestra uniform to school for pictures!!!

Group Pictures will take place at the beginning of the following periods:

  • The 5th grade Orchestra (all 5th grade orchestra students which includes 1st, 5th and 7th period orchestras) will take their Group Picture during Success Class. They will set their materials down in success class to check in and then immediately walk to the orchestra room.
  • 6th grade Orchestra (all 6th grade orchestra students which includes 2nd and 6th period orchestras) will take their Group Picture during 2nd period. They will set their materials down in 2nd period to check in and then walk immediately to the orchestra room.

Individual Orchestra Pictures:

  • These will be taken during each student’s orchestra class period.

New Electronic Device Rule

Students are not allowed to use or have their devices out during the school day without permission from their teachers first. This includes Smart watches, phones, tablets, etc.

They are no longer allowed in Lunch or Recess

If they are seen out they can be confiscated.

If your device is confiscated you will get it back at the end of the day from the front office.

6th Grade Only: Artrageous Field Trip Wed. 9/26

On Wednesday, September 26, the 6th-grade students will be going to see Artrageous at 12:45 on the TAMU campus. All students will need to bring a sack lunch or get one from the cafeteria that day. Students will eat in their Success classes before we leave for the field trip. We are asking each student to bring $1 to help with the cost. You can either send $1 in cash with your student or parents can also pay online!
