Questions

Questions and Answers

  • How to calculate components? (need to find it out)
  • PCBs in SolabrBox use Throughholes (VIAs https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Via_(electronics). ) That is why we cannot use the circuit mill to make the PCB directly.
  • Flamingo for wiring? Some professionals do not do it, Marcin objects: we make instructions for non-professionals.

Takacslog - D3D ohio 7/31

  • Parts have arrived!
  • Received a Prusa I3 from a friend. Using it to print any additional parts!
  • Hopefully will have I3 and Airwolf 3D up and running soon, and D3D.
  • This week will focus more on D3D pvc - I have the screws and parts for the 1” PVC (turned out to be m6 43mm bolts)
  • Working on CAD for a pipe magnetic hardpoint - it will grip onto the PVC with bolts through friction and expose a magnetic mounting area NO MORE HOLES DRILLED IN PVC!
  • Took D3D to company hackathon - some feedback is to consider metal pipes?
