Heartfulness Meditation

Simply bring the mind that is going in all directions to one thought. Make a suggestion that the source of light is in our heart and our mind is resting in it.

15 of 21

Why the Heart?

  • Biological level: Heart pumps purified blood to all parts of the body. Purification of the heart helps refine the entire physical system.

  • Our nature derives from the Heart: “Good-hearted”, “brave-hearted”, “warm-hearted” or “evil-hearted”. For transformation, the Heart should be the focus of attention.

  • Natural shift from Thinking to Feeling: Platform to dive deep within ourselves. Through the Heart we connect to our deepest Self and to others.

Gently close your eyes

Have the suggestion that the source of light is present within your heart

If thoughts arise, be aware of the thought, and then gently shift your thought back to the “source of light in the heart”
