  • Design Began 2013 (completed 2016 authorized for construction)
  • Original Proposed alignment to use Conrail ROW
    • Project Delayed due to ROW
  • 2021 Redesign began. Attempted to work with private landowner
  • 2023 - Private landowner no longer interested
  • 2024 – 2nd redesign commenced using publicly available ROW
  • 2025 – Redesign near completion to go to construction.

New alignment to go from Girard road to Sewell Street, to Union Street to Whig Lane to tie into Elephant Swamp Trail from Whig Lane.
