• Track work of proposed shunting neck is completed with connection to UP & DN Goods loop and also bridge extension completed but derailing switch & signaling facility is not provided yet
• Land acquisition in progress as “Special Railway Project”. 20(A) Gazette Notification published on 08.12.23. Rs. 50 lac demanded as processing fee. Proposal vetted by finance on 07.10.24.
• Vishay company has filed case in High court for road dispute. State official, railway official with advocates visited the site on 11.02.25 for solution.
• Joint Site visit of CPM/GSU and Dy. Collector land Acq.no.3 along with Vishay company representatives on dt.11.04.2025 for Looking of all feasible options. Accordingly, 03 feasible options have been identified and put up to HQ. Accordingly, GM has accorded in principal approval to acquire isolated land parcel of 480 Sqm on dt.04.11.2025.
• Joint site inspection with representatives of MIT and Ms Vishay Company on dt.17.11.2025.
• Letter written to Dy. Collector, Land acquisition (coordination) Pune on dt. 04.12.2025 requesting arrangement of joint meeting with all concerns including PMRDA officials for discussion on the matter to arrive at acceptable workable solution.
• Meanwhile ESP has been revised by slewing the track and incorporating new sanction of cross over. It is also under review by M/s Vishay.
• Letter (Dt. 13.02.2026) written to Dy. Collector, Land acquisition (coordination) Pune to conduct joint meeting with all stake holders.
