Procedure

  1. If you have the printout, please use that. Else, take a clean piece of paper. It’s ok if the paper is one sided.
    1. With the help of your parents, draw a circle as big as the width of the paper.
    2. Draw a line right in the middle of the paper
  2. On one side of the paper, draw, or write activities that you consider as a “good” watch. Hint: Anything that ranks high on all the parameters, Why, What, When scales, is a “good” watch
  3. On the other side of the paper, draw, or write activities that you consider as “bad” watch. Hint: Anything that ranks low on some of the parameters, Why, What, When scales, is a “bad” watch
  4. It’s your list and hence write or draw what you think falls in each side of the circle

Procedure

  1. If you have the printout, please use that. Else, take a clean piece of paper. It’s ok if the paper is one sided.
    1. With the help of your parents, draw a circle as big as the width of the paper.
    2. With the help of you parents, divide the circle into 24 parts (each representing one hour in a day) - It needn’t be perfect
  2. Starting with sleep, color different parts of the clock. Say you sleep for 10 hours, then you would color 10 parts of the clock.
  3. First color basic needs / daily actions: sleep, eating, exercising, personal hygiene …
  4. Second color frequent actions: school, homework, extracurricular activities …
  5. Third color less frequent actions and so on.
