Cohley has added the ability to add custom Creator Insights to Briefs.

Survey questions can be added to the brief application. �Add questions that will help you cast the best Creators.

Question types include:�

1. Multiple selection
2. Single selection
3. Short answer
4. Opinion scale

Multiple selection

Multiple selection question type allows the Creator to select as many responses as apply to them.

Multiple selection questions include:�

• Which retailers do you shop at?
• Which brands do you purchase?
• Which products do you purchase?
• What hobbies/interests do you have?
• What conditions do you have?
• Which of these statements apply to you?

Single selection

Single selection question type requires the Creator to select only the one most appropriate response:

Single selection questions include:�

• Yes/No questions
• Where do you shop most often?
• Which brand do you purchase most often?
• Purchase frequency
• Usage frequency
• How interested are you in ______?

Short answer

Short answer question type provides the Creator with a blank text box to type in their open-ended response. No answer choices are provided

Short answer questions include:�

• What is the niche for your content?
• What is the audience for your content?
• What are you looking for in a brand?
• What attributes do you look for when shopping in this category?
• How did you first discover our brand and what interested you about our brand?

Opinion scale

/ Creator Insights

Opinion scale question type asks the Creator to rate something on a scale from 1 to 5. You are asked to type in the anchor text attached to the opposite ends of the scale.

Opinion scale questions include:�

• What is your opinion of this brand? �(1 - Very negative to 5 - Very positive)
• How likely are you to purchase _____? �(1 - Not at all likely to 5 - Very likely)
• How much do you agree or disagree with this statement? �(1 - Strongly disagree to 5 - Strongly agree)

Example of a Creator screening that utilizes all 4 question types:

1. Which of the following retailers do you shop at regularly? �(Multiple selection)
2. Are you willing to visit a nearby retail location to create this content? – Yes/No (Single selection)
3. In a few words, how would you describe the niche and audience for your content? (Short answer)
4. How much do you like mushrooms? (Opinion scale)�1 – Hate�5 – Love

Masking

When you’re screening for Creators that meet your Brand’s specific criteria, it may be helpful to “mask” your intentions and not make it too obvious to Creators what your requirements are.

The idea is to pad out a question with answer choices around the criteria that you are looking for.

For example, rather than asking a Yes/No question if a Creator shops at Target, you can ask Creators which retailers they regularly shop at, with Target as one of multiple answer choices.

This can be helpful to screen for Creators who truly regularly shop at Target.
