Make It Personal

”My daughter’s favorite class is band. She comes home talking about it every day. The foundation funds all of the district’s music programs.

If Olivia takes Jazz Band, Concert Band, Strings or switches to choir, the foundation funds all of that all through high school.”

Ambassadors: Your role

How to get started?

  • Schedule your fall Back-to-School event (i.e. coffee at your house), especially kindergarten families and new families
  • Meet with your principal
    • introduce yourself as foundation ambassador/champion
    • ask about help getting the word out
  • Get on agenda of parent club meeting (ideally before October PAT)
  • Visit the ambassador area on the website - toolkit
  • Meet with this group again in fall Sept 6 @ 1 pm
  • Debrief your fall ambassador activities with board January 15, 2025 board meeting
