Myth is the living narrative that transcends the boundaries of time, culture, and individual experience.

It is the primal story encoded in the very essence of reality, woven into the fabric of existence. Myths are not just ancient tales told around fires; they are the dynamic forces shaping collective consciousness, guiding communities, and aligning individuals with their deeper, archetypal selves. Myths carry the wisdom of civilizations long past and the potential for the futures we are yet to manifest.

Myth operates as a living energy that calls forth individuals and communities into alignment with a higher purpose. It serves as a blueprint for collective evolution, threading together the intricate layers of personal journeys and the unfolding of human development. Myths reveal themselves through symbols, dreams, and archetypal encounters, often challenging conventional understanding while awakening the innate connection between the individual and the cosmos.

Myth is not static. It is alive, evolving, and co-created by those who listen and respond to its call. It is a tool of transformation, a sacred narrative that empowers individuals to not only understand their place within the universe but to actively participate in its ongoing creation.

+++

"Myth is the foundation for all reality" Myth is more than a collection of ancient stories; it is the lens through which we interpret existence, shape our societies, and understand our place in the cosmos. At its core, myth weaves together the symbolic and the tangible, the conscious and the unconscious, forming the bedrock of our collective experience. It is the narrative architecture that underpins our values, our identities, and our visions for the future. In this context, myth is not just a remnant of the past but an active, living force that constructs reality itself. It is through myth that we define what is possible, what is sacred, and what is true. Whether through the stories of ancient civilizations, the symbols embedded in our cultures, or the new myths we create today, these narratives serve as the blueprint for our reality. They guide our actions, inform our beliefs, and ultimately, shape the world we live in. As we stand at a pivotal moment in history, where humanity must reimagine its relationship with the Earth and each other, the act of mythmaking becomes an essential tool for envisioning and manifesting a new reality. By consciously engaging with myth, we can craft narratives that align with our highest aspirations, creating a foundation for a future where harmony, wisdom, and interconnectedness are not just ideals but lived realities. In this sense, myth is the foundation for all reality because it is the source from which our understanding of the world and our place within it flows. It is both the origin and the ongoing story that we collectively write, shaping the future we seek to create. Vic Desotelle

Myth-Makers! Seeking Worldwide

Collaborators to Create a New Global Mythology

These working slides describe the many aspects of creating a global network of innovation-based micro-communities.

New technologies emerging that enable Microcom’s incubation colab centers to align as a concentrixed network of resources that micro-communities cooperatively apply and use, generating a secondary global economy of real solutions and applications that focus first and foremost on the wellness of (vs profit of) each community in the network.

Seeking participants and partnerships to develop this conception which addresses interdependent aspects of regenerative communal design based in mythic comprehension and holding the sacred as the highest principles in next generation societal creativity and innovation.

Along with each slide linking to more in depth information, the bottom slide links to emerging papers that may be helpful with furthering your understanding of MicroCom. I wish to create interactions with those of you who may be interested in this unique project.

Discovering a new global mythology is at the foundation of this project. Myth contains (enables) the genetic imprinting that defines humanity's evolving signature.

Imagine a world awakened to the truths of its own mythology. How would we treat each other differently? How would we act differently? What would we create? When a society is in a state of break-DOWN, there is also an opportunity for break-THROUGH. A whole-system transition requires new social alignments that only a complex and comprehensive understanding of the mythic realm can bring. It is the mythologically-wise community that finds ways to refocus its shadow-side of self and society. Thus, if we are to survive and thrive, it is essential that the world realize the power of our personal and collective mythologies, both past and new.

Only through this can sustainable healthy forms of innovation be created for re-building whole, diverse, sustained communities that are united in a sacred dance bounded by an emerging global mythic culture. Relational dysfunction is created by a malinformed industrialized world that has shattered life’s natural rhythms. Without addressing the realm of myth, our lives experience social disorders lacking in universal harmony. Thus, today, we find ourselves longing for a re-storied Cosmos, which we desire to be intimately a part of. Participation within a reality where a sense of deep belonging is once again achieved. This describes the rise of new communal forms appearing on planet Earth; where wisdom takes precedence over intelligence, and where

a return to the Sacred is foremost.

The Critical Role of Micro-Communities in Re-Stabilizing Our Global Civilization (see draft white paper)As our world faces an increasing number of challenges, ranging from climate change to political unrest, it is becoming clear that traditional forms of governance and societal organization are no longer sufficient. In this paper, we argue that micro-communities offer a critical solution to re-stabilizing our global civilization. We discuss the benefits of micro-communities and provide evidence from the article "5 Signs a Civilization Is About to Fail" to support our argument.

Introduction: In recent years, the world has been grappling with a wide range of challenges that threaten the stability and sustainability of our global civilization. These challenges include climate change, social and economic inequality, political instability, and a host of other issues. While governments and international organizations have made efforts to address these challenges, there is growing recognition that traditional forms of governance and societal organization may not be enough. In this context, micro-communities have emerged as a promising solution.

Benefits of Micro-Communities: (and the power of myth)Micro-communities offer a range of benefits that make them a critical element in re-stabilizing our global civilization. These benefits include:

  • Climate Stabilization: Micro-communities can play a significant role in reducing the carbon footprint and mitigating climate change. Members of these communities prioritize sustainable practices, such as renewable energy, local food production, and eco-friendly construction, reducing reliance on fossil fuels and decreasing carbon emissions.
  • Economic Revitalization: Micro-communities can also help reduce economic decay by supporting local businesses and providing jobs within the community. Members are more likely to purchase goods and services from local providers, promoting economic activity and entrepreneurship.
  • Human Satisfaction: Micro-communities offer a sense of community and social support that is often lacking in modern society. Members can rely on each other for emotional support, childcare, and other needs, reducing social isolation and loneliness. They also offer a more meaningful sense of belonging, purpose, and identity, leading to increased human satisfaction and well-being.
  • Evolving Global Civilization: Micro-communities can serve as a laboratory for social innovation, experimenting with new forms of governance, decision-making, and resource management. The learnings from successful micro-communities can be scaled up to other communities, cities, and eventually, to the global level, leading to the evolution of a more resilient and sustainable global civilization.

Support from "5 Signs a Civilization Is About to Fail":The article "5 Signs a Civilization Is About to Fail" provides compelling evidence for the critical role of micro-communities in re-stabilizing our global civilization. The article highlights the dangers of centralized systems and the importance of self-reliance, noting that "when the systems we rely on collapse, we must be able to rely on ourselves and our community." Micro-communities offer a way to achieve this self-reliance, building resilience and reducing vulnerability to disruptions in centralized systems.

Conclusion:In conclusion, micro-communities offer a critical solution to re-stabilizing our global civilization in the face of a wide range of challenges. They offer climate stabilization, economic revitalization, human satisfaction, and the potential to evolve our global civilization. Micro-communities are supported by evidence from the article "5 Signs a Civilization Is About to Fail," and have the potential to create a more resilient and sustainable world.

Cultural Transforms: Deeper Context Understanding

The Shifts in how Social Innovation will be induced …

To demonstrate how Social Innovation works, this wiki site is under collaborative construction. As we move into an age of human(e) design and collective creativity, my ultimate goal is to co-create an ebook that collectively defines what SOCIAL INNOVATION (SI) is. It becomes a practical guide for every manager or guiding group (of a family, village, organization, community, company, or corporation) who recognizes that SI is no longer merely a do-good concept, but has evolved to become a founding pillar for what innovation is.

Meeting at the crossing of linguistic roads.

How we use our words to describe our 'meaning'; is key to the making of new worlds. Our understanding of words and stories are contextually defined by our mythologies, both created and those we will be creating shifts what we define as ‘valuable’ (see values mapping).

Defining a META-blueprint for multi-Micro-community design.

Tying together live communities with an online network portal that uses information to create relationships (not the other way around), thereby altering humanity’s decision making processes.

This new-blue-print would address the 2/3rds of commonality that we all have across every ecoVillage, and it would also include the 1/3rd that is geo-specific, as well as unique needs and applications.

The outcome would allow for the international humanity of shared knowledge to be incorporated into any ecovillage in any place on the planet. This meta-blueprint will allow for others beyond the seed pattern group to evolve it; thereby rather than an isolated plan for only a few, it becomes a living contract for all to participate within their own sense of autonomy - a balancing between individual and collective interaction that ‘is’ the true SINGULARITY.

For those understanding the techy-realm a bit, this effort would be similar to how an 'open-source' design approach works; in fact we may want to use some of their concepts in our model. Its mission would be to provide a collective learning framework that allows for an evolving optimal set of "applicable" 'best-of' solutions that address a (w)holistic set of needs for any and all reGenerative living centers, including the four aspects of human awareness being spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical manifestation.

Shaping Microcom's 'principles of integrity' & 'mythic storylines':

The microcom (network) will define its own 'principles of integrity' and 'mythic storyline', while at the same time, every microcom community (nodes) will also create their own as well. Noting there is a fractal relationship between the networks and nodes, thus they will not necessarily have identical sets of principles; and certainly each microcom community will have different mythic storylines that are unique to the interactions of their participants.

The Concentrix Management (CM) shared-leadership framework will be used as the main form of hierarchy within and across Microcom communities for collective decision making, with select-ants being chosen via a democratic-wisdom process for determining positions held by those deserving and accepting their roles, as shown within the layers of the CM co-learning model.

Note that 'principles of integrity' & 'mythic storylines' are literally central to the 8-gate community alignment model (see learning frameworks), which is where it connects to the Concentrix Management framework (i.e. the two models are interrelated). A well-managed guiding process (one that induces each person's ability to evolve and integrate through their community's 3-phased evolution) has yet to be created for generating these two central and critical aspects of the Microcom whole-system solution. Noting that it all starts at the point of initiation via entry into the 'behavioral labyrinth' (where self and collective identification becomes realized), where each person begins his/her journey into the microcom.world.

It then proceeds/progresses outward as participants move into their newly realized emerging micro-community(s). The AI Affinity Mapping Engine will be essential in determining the communities (and network) integral/mythical aspects of Microcom.world

I have just returned from GEN Europe EcoVillage gathering. My greatest insight is that the African region of the Earth contains the pulse (heartbeat) of humanity's freedom, moving us away from tyranny's grasp, while the South American regions are its breath (lungs), and the Australian areas are its liver. Together the peoples of the southern hemisphere embody the power to create an evolved humanity, with their role being to align themselves for healing Gaia's brain (which extends across the northern hemisphere known as the western world) which has has ''lost it's mind". ... To heal it, and to bring ourselves back into a resonant whole, places the weight of responsibility on those in the gaia-south to empower themselves as unioned-healers, thereby regenerating 'flow' throughout the organs and 'members' of our gaia-body in order to formulate a renewed living whole. ... Challenging? Yes, of course it is. Yet this stands as a grand opportunity, a collective calling to heal the sickness of our mind. This will enable the full nature of our whole-Earth bodily sentience. ... I wish to support this effort however I can.

Energy Vector Cross-Point

Positions on the Earth

Geometry of the Earth, Geometric Mapping, & the EarthStar Globe

The Earth is not a perfect sphere; the distance around the Equator is greater than the distance

around the North and South poles. This flattening of the Earth occurs because of the Earth’s

rotation, and the moon’s gravity and tides.

This is a photograph of the Earth. A photo is not a map. This photograph of Earth shows half the

Earth, and the other half is not visible.

The Problems with Maps

Maps use design elements to present selected information. To present that information

effectively, maps necessarily leave out a lot of non-essential information.

It is impossible to accurately represent the nearly spherical Earth on a flat map. Try it yourself.

Draw a globe onto an orange; it need not be accurate, but include the North and South poles and

the Equator. Then peel the orange and lay it flat on a table. The orange peel splits up and

distances and directions are distorted.

Mapmakers have found many ways to depict the Earth on a flat map, and each method, called a

projection, has advantages and disadvantages. The science of making maps is called cartography.

On some maps, such as the Mercator map above, accurate representation of distances is

sacrificed for accurate directions.

When accuracy is important, mapmakers usually choose a projection designed to minimize

distortion of the area or feature(s) they are trying to show.

This Robinson projection map depicts the Equator and Africa quite accurately, but to do so the

North and South poles have been stretched out.

In 1946 the US Patent Office issued the first cartographic patent to Buckminster “Bucky” Fuller.

Fuller is best known for his geodesic domes, as seen on this commemorative postage stamp.

Fuller’s projection of the Earth onto a geometric map evenly distributes any distortions of the

continents, ‘hiding’ them in the oceans. Fuller used an icosahedron, and called it the Dymaxion

map.

When displayed flat, it shows the continents very neatly.

This Dymaxion map shows world population, and temperature.

The Great Pyramid: World’s first geometric map

The apex of the pyramid represents the North Pole, and the perimeter line around the base

represents the Equator. The perimeter of the Great Pyramid in Egypt is an extremely accurate

fraction of the Earth’s Equator, making it the first “geometric map”.

The EarthStar Globe

The EarthStar Globe is a combination of the icosahedron and the dodecahedron.

The EarthStar globe is made from 30 diamond-shaped pieces.

Each diamond is made of four triangles arranged symmetrically. Distances on the EarthStar

Globe are easy to measure.

A : 1400 miles

B : 2200 miles

C : 2600 miles

The Earth itself seems to follow the same geometric patterns as the EarthStar Globe!

Significant geologic features occur at nearly all of the 62 EarthStar points.

The geometric pattern of the Earth was known to Plato, who wrote that "the earth viewed from

above, resembles a ball sewn together from twelve pieces of skin” (the dodecahedron).

Innovation that arises, not just from corporate structures of system-controlled information, but also through communal flows

of human(e) relationships …

This project defines an international plan to shift the attention of innovation and economic potential derived through the linearly-scaled social fracturing created by corporate hierarchy modeling, to an interdependent set of fractally-scaled globally-networked innovation-based micro-communities, where meaning and value of products and services emerge through the immediacy of localized complex personal relationships and needs, rather than through distant uni-directed pre-shaped formulas having controlled channeling of information. Since we humans have reached a transition point in our technological evolution, shifting creativity and innovation from isolated mega-informancy systems back to transparent more humane micro-relational configurations is now possible. … helps secure the system

Future inter-micro-community project: Utilizing the Earth’s gaia matrix in junction with mushroom mycelium networks used to connect a new globally distributed communication system across micro-communities. Mycelium is nature's architecture for life, growth, and reproduction, thus turning architecture from a noun to a verb, our building designs become living ecological communication nodes within an operable relationship framework. This all part of a rising new techno-mythology.

Mushroom mycelium ... organics, mechanics ... communications, connections, networking, AI fungi correlationships

How might we use our relationship and knowledge of mycelium to model our next web network from it? .. And could we eventually communicate through it (with it) directly?

A reminder that the digital realm is an offspring of that which we say we are not. To look at technology (especially AI) as our child to nurture, rather than our enemy to fight. Do this we will find a more expanded view of the cosmic spiritual physical realms. Fighting “it” is fighting with ourselves. The fungal and mycelial world will become our revealer and our integrator - helping us to create a renewed sacred union, revealing our maker (and makings) as “I am that”.

Communication is the way into relating which brings the sacred into informing. The mushroom network (mycelium) are an advanced form that we can learn from as we evolve our own communication between each other as humans and into deeper relationship with life that is with us.

Synchronicity of our rising awareness of the fungi world(s) is revealing what we need to know about that which we are creating as it moves toward what we call the singularity. Mycelia becomes a critical voice that links past makings (organic realm) and future creations (mechanical realm) that which we separate now becomes integrated to a point soon where we will not recognize the separation between them as it seems today.

The ‘nature’ of the biological realm has its own form of ‘economy’ and grows itself through complex communication systems and cooperative support that helps its evolution, thus humanity can benefit by relating more closely to the way nature ‘talks’ to itself.

Earth is part of a cosmic community.

We must design our next human(e) habitats with this in mind …

While we all piddle around with cute little EcoVillages to save the world, let’s take a look at how urbanization is coming along. Along with the accurate predictions from the Hopi (above slide), these are the things that we have to have a very serious conversation about. Getting real is not going to be easy, but holding the burden of that weight is critical to having any kind of impact. Visualizing the Material Impact of Global Urbanization

... And let's go off planet for a minute. I know many of us feel that we humans are the reason for global warming. Certainly we are not helping anything here; however, why is it that our entire solar system of planets is having magnetic and polar shifting going on? (see attached video) .. How is the sun related to our human societies, from our behavior to the balancing of nature's ecosystems, to how we grow food? Is it possible that we need to be designing our EcoVillages with a much greater view in mind as to how our sun impacts us way beyond just light and warmth? If we were to build an EcoVillage that can be resilient to the sun's emf impact from large flares (happens every 12k years), how would we look at growing our food differently? building our homes with more protection? accessing non-radiated water, etc. etc.? EcoVillage design has a much bigger picture to address than what I see being addressed so far. Do any of you have any thoughts about what I am saying? I would love to hear from you all. Watch This Discussion on the Sun’s 12k Cycle and how it will affect Earth and all its inhabitants.

This is not about staging doomsday talks or framing apocalyptic events. Rather, it's about how we humans continue to go about staying disconnected from a larger universal perspective and our place within it. It's less about blaming ourselves for global warming and more about teaming up to consider how we deal with it while being inclusive of the mega-impacts that have (and will continue) to come from cosmic events. Why do we refuse to consider them as part of our ecoVillage design process? How can we become more a part of this sacred-grand-super-scape that we all exist in? Creating our Earth societies must come from this bigger perspective using our consciousness and technologies as vehicles for surviving and thriving within a universe that can bring overwhelm to even the most centered of us. If we want to build ecoVillages, then we must address the era we are in, which is the end of a solar age (a 12k year cycle), which is cosmic, not planetary. The next amazing network of Earthly ecoVillages will be addressing so much more than what we are addressing presently.

A Model for Micro-communal Interplay

The geometry of consciousness: Communal relationships defined by the way the Universe relates with itself …

The boundaries of time and space define fringes of spherical geometries, which is how matter exists in relationship with itself. No matter how large or small, it's expression becomes an impression at the boundary of the sphere itself. In recent times, we have seen the matter of space expanding upon itself.

But now there is a phenomena that science tools can not yet explain, which is the data from space probes filling beyond the expansive state to where matter density no longer reduces but instead increases.

This is the boundary that allows us to identify the seed pattern of spiral-matter-in-motion as bubbles. This bubble boundary is the point of inflection (which is like reflection yet still without reference) where energy compresses into a skin layer that contains the matter that matters and is what our human consciousness sees as the contraction into reality.

To rephrase, reality (as we conceive it) is due to the interference between one sphere's boundary colliding with another. Since this is fractal, size does not matter. Only the relationship between the boundary matters.

Breaking through these mattered skins depends on how the reflection from this boundary back to its source (of which are infinite as well), implies an inverted flow of the awareness that emerges when conception and expression interplay with each other.

Ecosophy new addition: syntropy ?

.. or this may be a good description of ‘synergy and emergence’ and not a new category

Many people are familiar with the concept of entropy, the dissipative process that indicates the degree of disorder or uncertainty in a closed physical system. Entropy is sometimes called ‘the arrow of time’, and describes a forward-in-time causal universe, but fails to account for many scientific paradoxes… such as life itself. The subject of this book is a complementary, albeit less well known, principle called syntropy. Syntropy describes aspects of reality that follow an increase in complexity through the action of attractors in the future, explaining the relationship of systems with their purposes. Rather than progressing towards disintegrated disorder, syntropy “draws together” through commonality and intertwined purposes. In a way, syntropy can be regarded as the life force that emanates from the unifying action of love.

How the affinity map system works …

(ie how it provides activational insight)

The AI search mechanism is gathering trend data that is happening externally to microcoms (universal, global, regional scans) and using results to educate and compare activities within each domain-based micro-community (UGRL universal global regional local 'fluencial dependencies)

The affinity mapping AI engine can be grouped into X arenas of 'fluencial (bidirectional flows) of knowledge and activity that ongoingly measures-maps-monitors-&-mentors (4M’s) the members, with the objectives of co-relating info/people, building bridges, making insightful connections, and creating critical relationships (both data and human).

This will be done by looking at the state of activities (via 8-gate model) within each domain inwardly (knowledge & activity KA depth) and also across all domains outwardly (KA breadth) and then both mapped relative to each microcom community, as well as across the entire living microcom network (ie dynamic community comparisons of multi-domain strong links and weak links defining an overall community wellness criteria), done as close to real time as possible.

The resulting information is cross-correlated with member profiles and also micro-community profiles, to provide connectivity potential (via a topic selectable notifications system) per each person and per each micro-community.

In the end, decisions have to be made, strategies created to move forward, and action taken, which is another whole-system-life-enhancing mechanism that Drew Goodwin is working on through his ‘communal decision-making’ efforts.

Techno Mythos - AI (artificial intelligence) & its influence on creating/designing healthy human(e) communities

What’s the difference between humans and robots? How do you describe sentience? This slide is in development. It is critical to defining healthy community futures. See Outline: Microcom Portal - Technical Concept and Design

+++++++

Describing user scenarios and how they will interact with the portal …

  • Scenario one:
    • meta-managing social media within microcom portal (AI affinity map connection)
      • A huge 'information' issue for microcom is meta-management of the endless social media sites and conversations that people will generate per each community. For example, Prospera is an emerging micro-community (per our definition) and right now there are a dozen social media sites that people are adding (not just the community, but the people within those communities), include sites like telegram, signal, discord, facebook, forum, wikis, etc etc. it's a nightmare to find anything and exhausting to haul through them all .... A person wants to tap into something meaningful to him/her, and not be searching, scanning, sorting endless topics and comments on all the sites. Especially with endless rising security constraints per each social media site, its all mostly a loss in terms of turning insight into action. Thus, we will need to come up with a meta-model for managing all these social sites, with the objective of access per-person meaningful information that helps them align, connect, and relate (i.e. not just be informed) with others. This suggests that the microcom portal (per each community as well as the network as a whole) will have to be gelled together somehow and tied into personal and communal notification systems. API'ing all the sites together is a tech design issue as well as a user interface issue. Please add this meta-manager system to our list of portal-making to-do's please, okay? ….. the AI engine will be able to weed through all these to create the affinity maps we have talked about.

Dealing with Complexity as part of Community Design

So here we meet at the crossing of linguistic roads. How we use our words to describe our 'meaning'; this is key to the making of new worlds. Our understandings of words and stories are contextually define the mythologies we have created and will be creating.

OLD MYTH:

When we feel contraction when something new reaches our minds that is new to us. It feels complicated and often, especially in cultures where not knowing something is an underlying mythic belief that those who don’t know get less access to resources that make for a good life.

NEW MYTH:

Simple is not an option to complex. Rather simplicity is the offspring of complexity. Simple is the result of going through complex-ness and realizing new meaning.

Staying with the meme of ‘simple’ reduces the potential for new insights and alternative information from reaching a manifestable reality.

People's ability to work inside the chaotic state of complexity allows us to build new worlds.

Incorporating a Global/Regional Interface for Innovation

Under the concept of fractal-wholes, each communities contains the whole, while the whole itself is made of interactive dynamic clusters (or regions) of geographically-localized connected communities that share knowledge, needs, and physical resources to grow and learn together. Remembering that each community is unique, the similarities define the framework for sharing and relational developments, which is critical to the success of each community. The end goal is for these world-wide sets of communal clusters to be tied to the sacred geometric vectoral energy lines of the earth (geo-matrix), with each becoming stewards of their closest vector-crossing points made up by the primary 64 energy nodes of the Earth.

To do this, we will use a concept called “Smart Regions”, which incorporates a whole-systems relational framework for realizing the learning and decision making necessary to evolve regionalized community clusters so that bifurcated states of being and living can sustain their functions and activity. Fractally, each smaller unit is dependent upon its relationship with the larger unit it is embedded into (where bifurcation is defined as the shift from old-to-new mythical identities).

The next amazing network of Earthly ecoVillages will be addressing so much more.

Let's go off planet for a minute. Is it possible that we need to be designing our EcoVillages with a much greater view in mind as to how our sun impacts us beyond just light and warmth? If we were to build an EcoVillage that can be resilient to the sun's emf impact from large flares (happens every 12k years), how would we look at growing our food differently? building our homes with more protection? accessing non-radiated water, etc. etc.? EcoVillage design has a much bigger picture to address.

Inclusive design is design that works for the widest sepctrum of users without the need for specialized adaptation, It centers around the user experience with a focus on social sustainability. IHCD uses the World Health Organization’s Definition of Disability as the foundation for our consulting and research work in the field and in our user/expert lab. We believe that good design must work not only for as many users as possible, but also enhance everyone’s experience.

Personal Sovereignty vs Collective Responsibility

Individual rights and Communal contracts (influences in decision making)

Why are so many of us feeling manipulated by an elite few? How do we create discretion between democratic FREEDOM and tyrannical behavior?

Who defines our rights as individuals within a community? And how does personal need synergize with collective need? Do political and legal contracts actually provide for this? If so how? If not, what is missing? Initial design, including group governing process and personal behavior management, is key to moving our world to the desired ‘sustainable’ future.

As we bring together new communities, these are issues, which are related to freedom, can not be ignored nor assumed,

BUILDING CLOSED LOOP DEVELOPMENT SYSTEMS

Guiding objective for the site is to become a "+1 regenerative site", meaning that it creates and gives back more than was taken to build it. And uses a closed loop metabolic model for the flow of all materials. A plus one site means even the profit/loss sheet is healthy.

The key to doing this will be aligning with those who have deeper knowledge on the varied topics than any one of us alone. Creating a small design/build leadership team that comes together (at first virtually) to determine the land's potential and assess what it needs for us to share in its wealth and wellbeing.

Budget inclusions require costs for hiring these skills up front and would be part of the development's overall investment, with the potential that all costs would be returned over time by the savings created because the job was done right, providing structural wellness as part of a full comprehension of both human and environmental health.

Adding Microcom's iconic store to the portal ...

Adding Microcom's iconic art and tech culture store to the portal ...

Microcom is founded on mythic, not gothic, transformation and change. Thus microcom's metaphorical realm will be highly valued, created by both human and AI artistry and technologists. These symbols of techno-myth meanings that arise through microcom will be available at microcom's meta store. But also, each micro-community will be able to sell their own value-products, from art works to technological inventions, receiving 85%?? of total sale with 15%?! going to support management of the microcom meta network. This will be done to re-surge the artists way as crucial to the social transformation and to recapture the original intent of technological progress. This is what Micrcom represents. ..... So ... What does this store look like and how do we incorporate it into the microcom portal?

Creating the Microcom support system:

Creating the Micrcom support system:

The Micrcom support system will consist of an online live chat, async emailing, and live phone help, for both technical and communal advise relating to how to use the portal. There will also be how-to videos on using the portal. There will also be MicroCom communities co-support system via a forum and/or similar but better ( I hate forum communities!) where members of the various micrcom communities themselves can help each other out. I'd like part of each new microcom community's shared responsibilities is a commitment for at least one member to be on call when support requests come in. A person's expertise and/or time will be tokenized and shown as value added and displayed on their personal profiles. People that support must be evolved beyond the phase 1 (intention grouping) of the Micrcom 8-gate framework into either phase 2 (value network) or phase 3 (practicing community) certification. Existing Micrcom supporters will be tokenized based on a combination of time spent, level of support required (simple, moderate, complex), and the requesting user's perceived value. Personal tokens can be transfered either into micro-communal goods or services that are provided by any Micrcom in the network (with priority to their own community being first) and/or transfered into their world currency of choice through a Bitcoin exchange and translation mechanism. 10 percent of that exchange goes into a Micrcom financial support pool, where money is split - 1/2 is made available to microcoms in need (this will have to be defined), and 1/2 for Micrcom enabling, including growth & development, virtual maintenance and repairs, mentoring and oversight (the management and authority of this has yet to be defined). This early-on process will set a seed-pattern for an emerging/evolving micro-economy, created by the Micrcom members themselves within/across the inherent communities of practicing microcom participants.

Every microcom community is required to make their own self-governing guiding CHARTER

Every microcom is required to make their own micro-community charter, a set of guiding principles that addresses both INTERNAL governance as well as EXTERNAL relationship to the collective of all other communities within the network. This done in order to stay within the microcom global value network.

It is an anchoring product that is completed during the “community of practice” phase (see 8-gate model) and is a lever into their ability (product/service incubation) to build and provide innovations that support itself and all other microcoms.

How the charter gets created is dependent upon a self-governing decision making process.

From drew goodwin:

1) One option to facilitate the Charter development process is to provide a boiler plate template that addresses the core-issue set

2) Developing a charter implies that there is already a decision making process in place.... The viability of a decision making process appropriate to charter development would seem to be dependent on the following criteria (including but not limited to..): consensus driven = everybody has to be equally unhappy with each decision, all stakeholders are identified and engaged, truly democratic = every stakeholder gets an opportunity to vote, completely transparent = all information is shared and fact-checked, (?) seven-generation rule = decision has to take into account future stakeholders (ie for a full 7 generations)...... what else?

Types of Micro-communities that reside

within the MicroCom.world value network

Microcom’s longer term goal (objective) is 100,000 micro-communities within its network by 2030 (7 years from now) [business strategic planning]

Microcom is developing an advanced AI-based network solution that will connect and help develop the rapidly rising global ‘industry’ of emerging micro-communities (See Context for Social Regeneration) including free-cities, startup-cities, smart-cities, smart-regions, eco-villages, intentional communities, innovation districts, tech hubs, as well as similar social groupings with the terms sustainable, regenerative, ecological, reinventing, and the like.

These include eco-villages, intentional communities, digital and virtual communities, startup cities (like prospera.hn), etc, that are addressing broad-stroke perspectives including - how humans engage (freedom from tyranny), sharing resources (markets and commerce), economic reframes, new currency modeling (like bitcoin), According to the Global Ecovillage Network, there are currently over 10,000 intentional communities worldwide, and this number is likely to continue to grow. It is also worth noting that intentional communities are just one type of micro-community and that other types, such as eco-villages, innovation districts, and tech hubs, could also experience growth.

Trauma and the myth of normal is foundational to the culture change work that will be done within the microcom communities network and using (in part) collective conscious vibration to help heal it, us, all of humanity.

Dr. Gabor Maté discusses his new book, just out, called "The Myth of Normal: Trauma, Illness, and Healing in a Toxic Culture." "The very values of a society are traumatizing for a lot of people," says Maté, who argues in his book that "psychological trauma, woundedness, underlies much of what we call disease." He says healing requires a reconnection between the mind and the body, which can be achieved through cultivating a sense of community, meaning, belonging and purpose. Maté also discusses how the healthcare system has harmfully promoted the "mechanization of birth," how the lack of social services for parents has led to "a massive abandonment of infants," and how capitalism has fueled addiction and the rise of youth suicide rates.

The venture capital model doesn’t work—at least not for 99% of startups and small businesses. In this 99% are a lot of companies with incredible potential: businesses headed by female founders and those from diverse racial backgrounds, organizations headquartered outside of venture capital hubs, and purpose-driven enterprises that are creating social and environmental impact alongside financial success.

7-point checklist of business startup expectations

See microcom business plan

1. Offering Equity in the Company:

This is one of the most common ways to attract investors, as it allows them to share in the potential growth and success of the company. I believe this is what you mean by equity sharing as opposed to a revenue sharing agreement for instance.

2. Creating a Clear and Compelling Business Plan:

Investors want to see that a company has a clear and well-thought-out plan for how it will generate revenue and grow over time. As per our prior conversation in person I believe you're currently working on the roadmap, correct?

3. Providing a Solid Management Team:

Investors want to see that a company has a strong and capable team in place to execute on its business plan. Right off the bat it is worth having at least a board of pro bono advisors who are willing to be showcased on a business presentation or website to add credibility and verification that other people are in agreement with your venture.

4. Offering a Clear Exit Strategy:

Investors want to know how and when they will be able to cash out their investment, so it is important to have a clear exit strategy in place. This is usually done through Convertible Notes where they provide capital as a loan, with or without interest, with the option of eventually converting their loan into shares at the price per share at the moment of the capital investment.

5. Having a Clear Use of Proceeds:

Investors want to see that the company's management team has a clear idea of how the funding will be used and how it will benefit the company.

6. Showing Traction in the Market:

Investors want to see that the company has some existing traction in the market, such as paying customers, revenue or partnerships. Initially because of the physical aspect of the business you wanna operate, starting a discord or online forum where you can start marketing the idea and creating a community will help investors see that there's a lot of people that would be ready to jump on board once you're able to secure land to start developing.

7. Offering a Fair Valuation:

A fair valuation is important to attract investors as they want to see that they are getting a good deal on their investment.

WE SEEK WHAT KIND OF COLLABORATORS? (click here)

Who we are looking for regarding the micro-community design project. This is a global effort grounded in an emerging physical community in Roatan Honduras & other areas including Costa Rica. It uses a whole-system nonlinear process to totally reframe all aspects of ((w)holistic) thought and (non-destructive / regenerative) manifestation.

This work, at its deepest level, stands within the Sacred (see recovering the sacred - Pari talks) as we consider the nature of spirit manifesting into the densities of what matter. It involves reviewing our assumptions, our language, and our beliefs, journeying into the realms of creativity and creation. Thus this work is mythic in nature (see keyword myth slides).

It resides within a multidimensional community-based arena for transmuting who we are based on beliefs that are no longer believable, truths that have become lies, and making choices fueled by our trauma-narratives. Here we begin a journey into the unknown, together seeking alternative sources for connection and advancing our creations to shape more evolved forms of communities in practice.

We are soul searchers bringing forth new ways of social being, animated awareness, intentional design, meaning making, and living life more fully. All those interested in what I am saying (or maybe you are just curious!) I invite you to take a couple minutes to scan my working slides to see what may resonate with you. Bring your unlimited, undaunted curiosity, energy, and inquiries to an applied dialogue (coming soon), where we will venture into a sacred labyrinth filled with chaordic, collaborative, challenging yet playful complexities.

A unique living experimental adventure to re-configure and re-generate a world that is more humane and more livable, viewed through the lens of micro-communal design and development. Find your areas of interest and together let us open new doors into what's possible for our children's children's children's children's children's children's children's future.
