  • 1 in 4 children are at risk for developmental delay
  • Developmental screenings measure how a child learns, speaks, moves, behaves, and relates.
  • Help to identify children at risk for developmental problems.
  • Butte County has the Help Me Grow system that can support screening using the ASQ and ASQ-SE
  • CA State Preschool Programs and Head Start programs currently use the ASQ to screen all children at entry
