1/25/19 Happy Friday!

  • Book Group Meetings--find a really quiet space in the hallways as the big area echos too much and is too loud. Maybe one or two groups there, one in the classroom, one on the tables by math, one at the tables across the hall from that (in green hall), etc. Record the whole meeting on the ipad and talk TO each other loud enough for me to hear. I want to see you as well.
  • Example conversation: https://readingandwritingproject.org/resources/units-of-study-implementation/units-of-study-classroom-videos#
  • Book Group Assessment: compare/contrast nonfiction article with your book. Today you start collecting articles about the themes in your book.
