Purpose

A series of PreK Pop-up Drive-Thru events were planned throughout the month of May to support families with registration of new and returning PreK students to Dallas ISD in low-enrollment communities.

Parents had an opportunity to go to a drive-thru near their chosen elementary school, stay in their car, and enroll their child in PreK!

How will it work?

In collaboration Early Learning and other departments, a “Chick-fil a” style drive-thru had been planned for families to have the opportunity to be directed to a “registration lane”.

At each lane, someone was ready to electronically register three-and-four-year olds in either a campus based or partnership site location.
