How to get started; Option 1.

Get started: Getting you up and running, adding your first email list and marketing email. Training you how to use the system.

An initial 2 hour remote training session in which you will be shown how to use the system, including all of the powerful features.
After 2 to 6 weeks, whenever ever suits you, we’ll deliver a 2 hour review, when we’ll review your account activity, campaign reports and set-up then make recommendations to you on how you could immediately improve your marketing.
When you are ready, within the first 12 months, we’ll deliver an advanced 2 hour remote training session to help you take advantage of the most powerful features and remind you how to use them.

We’ll run a workshop with your marketing team to discover your current processes
We'll map your current processes, emails and users into Engage™ or Encore™, including setting up automations where appropriate, and the right levels of access to your users.
We’ll then run a remote training session for key members of you team including a ‘train the trainer’ session to enable you to train your staff.
After 3 months we’ll deliver a 2 hour review session, when we’ll review your account activity, campaign reports and set up and make recommendations. as well as deliver an advanced 2 hour training session to help you implement the recommendations you select.
