Using Map Maker

• Add your businesses, emergency services in your area, the famous landmarks and other places of interest in your region.

• Add roads, railways, and even geographical features.

​

​

• Edit existing data to correct the map and make it more useful.

Add a Place

Tips

• Drop the marker at the exact location while mapping. If the place exists in a building with other features, drop the marker on the top of the building.

​

• For places already existing on the maps, edit them to add additional information.

​

• Avoid adding personal information to the map.

​

​

Add a Road, Railway, River...

Tips

​

• Zoom in to the maximum level in the satellite view before mapping.

​

• Roads should be drawn as individual segments stopping at intersections as the road names might change from there on.

​

Tips

• Draw the shape at the maximum zoom level to mark the polygon accurately.

​

• Places present inside a building such as a restaurant in a mall should be marked as a Point and not as a Shape.
