** Keep your story in the present tense!!!
Unearned advantage can be a time when looking back you realize it and you did not realize it at that moment. Unearned disadvantage can be something like a surgery or disease. Maybe you had to work harder for something.

** Keep your story in the present tense!!!
I am….
** Looking back on this experience (that you wrote in present tense!) How do you feel now? What do you see/have learned that maybe you did not realize at the time.

How did it feel to hear others? how did it feel to share your own?
Everything you wrote you shared (full transparency) or some level of censorship..
Why might someone be fully transparent? Why might someone not share?

W.W.N. (What We Need) Wednesdays
We have an idea… But we need to build expectations around it.
W.W.N.Wednesdays
This is another unique school year.
Below are some of our predictions for our learning this school year:
W.W.N. (What We Need) Wednesdays
It is important for us to have clear expectations for W.W.N.Wednesdays
What we want W.W.N. Wednesdays to be:
A time to check-in with us (and peers quickly)
A time to focus and get work done
A shared, quiet space that allows us all the opportunity to be productive
What we do NOT want W.W.N. Wednesdays to be:
A space where you save TOO MUCH work for this time and you are stressed because you did not finish it
A space where we all get out our laptops right away and do not check-in.
A time to start stuff
Individual Reflection
Please write 3 expectations for students, teacher (optional) and learning.
Small Groups
Share your ideas (expectations for students, teacher, learning)
ONE person will write the top 2 expectations for each category and share with class (you decide as a group what the most important/top two expectations for each category are)
