This guide is a collaborative effort produced by Migration and Migration Alignment (Italy), Citizen Association United Youth (North Macedonia), Stichting Drawing to Health (Netherlands), Fundacja Marki Polskiej im. prof. Witolda Kieżuna (Poland).
This manual is part of the Erasmus+ project MHM – Mental Health Matters, with the project number 2022-3-IT03-KA210-YOU-000092944. It is designed to equip you with the knowledge, tools, and practical guidance needed to incorporate yoga into daily life, fostering mental well-being, and helping young individuals navigate the challenges of young age with resilience and inner peace.
