Cut and Radius Top and Base

  • (1) 12” x 18” with

corners 1” radius.

  • (1) 9” x 12” with corners 1” radius.
  • Mark corners and show Mr. Gary before using the bandsaw.
  • Finish sand to the line using belt or disc sander.

Cut and Shape Vertical Support

  • (1) 7” x 22 ¼”
  • Draw Layout and show Mr. Gary before using the bandsaw to cut.
  • Finish sand using stationary belt sander.

Cut Pocket Holes using Kreg Machine

  • Two on the Base
  • Two on the Vertical Support

  • Then cut pocket holes for assembly.

Rout the top on the router table

    • Impact driver
    • 6” Square drive bit
    • 1 ¼” Coarse pocket screws.
