Login to your Account

  1. Click this direct link to the 2020 EPS Major Society Awards program. You can also find this link by clicking the IEEE Electronics Packaging Society link in the IEEE Society Awards drop down at https:///IEEE.secure-platform.com
  2. Enter your IEEE.org credentials.
  3. You’ll be automatically redirected to a blank submission.

You’re ready to start your nomination!

Upload Files

When submitting your nomination you may be required to upload supporting files.

  1. Click the Choose File button.
  2. Click “Select Files To Upload”.
  3. Select the file to upload.

If successful you’ll see the document’s name and a preview of it. You can remove it by clicking the trash can icon to the right of the document’s name.

Request Endorsements

  1. To request an endorsement enter the full name and email of the person who will provide the endorsement. Click “Send Request Now” to send the request before saving and finalizing your nomination.
  2. The endorser will receive an email with a link to provide the Reference/Endorsement.
  3. You can monitor the status of your endorsements and send reminders by using the Pending Letter Of Recommendation link in the left menu.

Reset your Password

  1. Goto https://IEEE.org and click Sign In in the top right corner.
  2. Select the Member or Employee Forgot Password Link.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

FAQ

Q: Can I make a change to my nomination after it’s been submitted.

A: Yes, but you’ll need to contact the program’s admin to do so. (See next slide)

Q: Can I submit more than one nomination?

A: Yes, just revisit the same link used to start your first nomination. However, only one nomination per award is allowed.

Q: Can I export my nomination?

A: Yes, click Complete in the left menu and then Print on the nomination you’d like to export to generate a PDF.
