How long can you hold your wall sit for?

Start by designing your obstacle course or chalk walk with a pencil and paper. By planning ahead, you will be able to utilize more of your space. Below are some examples of fun obstacles courses to give you some ideas. Click Here for my example of a chalk walk. Be CREATIVE and have FUN!
