Office Inspections, Locker Allocations

SOLE, CAC, EHS, and an ASA representative will be inspecting club offices in W20 and Walker over the next 2 days

  • Tuesday: 1-3, Walker
  • Wednesday: 3-5, W20

No action requires, just making sure there’s no work order or safety concernsAlso, we believe there’s some unused lockers, and are working with SOLE to allocate them. Keep an eye out for an announcement soon for locker allocations

    • The name of a recognized organization, as listed on Engage

Private Postering Boards

Keep an eye out for an upcoming re-allocation cycle!

If you have a private postering board, the expectation is that you keep your space filled with posters. Space that aren’t being filled may be re-allocated.

You are responsible for removing posters from your private space - ASA doesn’t know whether other groups have been given permission to use you space!
