State of Work

In the time available, we were only able to build a mockup which aims to show what should be possible. Our investigations of slack/Jira APIs and other solution space aspects provided useful experience. Implementing the AI parts in the time was simply not possible. The following paragraphs describe the envisaged work rather than what we have built.

Solution

  • The inspiration came to us from plugin called Insights which is integrated in Microsoft Outlook. Link is here
  • Building an AI based tool that provide insights and suggestions on tasks at hand for apps such as Gmail, Slack , Trello / Jira and Zoom meeting.
  • Incorporating GDPR and other EU laws on EU User Consent Policy.

Legal Aspect

  • HiGrow extracts data from systems from which the use already has access
  • HiGrow does not transfer data between user contexts, for example it would not provide results to a user that were in part derived from their manager’s conversations on slack
  • User has full control to delete the data anytime
  • HiGrow does not sell or take advantage of data
  • Charge fee per user for cyber security and updates to cloud software

  • Browser based HTML / Javascript front end delivered from AWS cloudfront to provide low latency page loading and good scalability.
  • Dynamic data loaded via an AWS application gateway connected to AWS Lambda functions;
  • Continuous processing of slack chat and Jira ticket data running in microservice containers;
  • Serverless database, using AWS Aurora Serverless
