  • Mute when not speaking
  • Engage in the meeting

Organize with (color coded) Folders

  • Press the
  • Click to add a new folder to Drive to organize files
  • Right-click and go to “Change Color”
  • Nest folders if needed

  • Fancy Emojis (Emojipedia) add flair!

Organize Shared Files and Folders

  • Find shared files more easily by adding to your Drive!
  • Open the File > click Drive icon near top
  • Or right click the file and tap “Add to Drive”

  • On the “Priority” page
  • Gather private set of files for easy access.
  • Won’t affect their storage location or permissions.
  • Click “Create a Workspace”, name, and add files.
  • Or right click and select “Add to workspace

Sharing with the Folder Trick

  • Make a folder to share easily!
  • Right click the folder and click
  • Click
  • Choose who you share with.
  • Choose the type of access you are sharing.
  • Anything added to folder is shared with same people!

Make a Copy or Force Copy/Present

  • Make a copy instead of requesting access

  • If sharing, use a force copy
  • Share and copy link
  • Change /edit?usp=sharing to /copy
  • Share link and viewers will be prompted to make a copy
  • On Slides change to /present to only view in present mode
