• Active Help Organization (AHO) incorporated as a non-Profit voluntary Organization, is working for community development with special emphasis on marginalized people. The organization was founded in 2004. It is a voluntary organization, It has implemented a number of projects in different thematic areas like Human Rights, Healthcare including HIV/AIDS , TB, SRHR, Women Development, Youth Development, Education, Life Skills Based Education, literacy/non-formal basic education and elimination of child labor & Bonded Labor etc. Prioritizes community empowerment and participation. Strong emphasis on gender equality. Promotes environmentally sustainable development.

2. Punjab AIDS Control Program (PACP) (March 2022 to December 2026) - Project Title: “Prevention of HIV/AIDS among Key Population, FSWs ”

• Use of Drop-In Centre (DIC) facility

• VCCT with pre & post counselling

DR-TB Community-Led Demand Creation & CLM

Project Title: “RESPECT: Reshaping People-centric Empowered Community-led DR-TB Treatment”

CFCS Round 2025 Outputs/Objectives:

1. Community-Led Demand Creation. Enhanced community awareness, engagement, capacity building, and demand for DR-TB services through: active involvement of TB survivor networks & TB champions; community-led efforts & local self-government participation; demand creation for provision of peer support, counselling, and home-based care for people with DR-TB

2. Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) and Accountability Initiatives. Effective implementation of TB CLM and accountability initiatives focusing on DR-TB through scaling-up OneImpact TB CLM solution and Community Scorecards tools

3. A comprehensive program for policy advocacy, media engagement, mentorship, and capacity building successfully implemented

1. Linked with Tahafuz Centers (Punjab Police) for protection against violence and rights violations
2. Referred needy to Dar-ul-Aman Shelter Homes for temporary safe accommodation
3. Distributed food assistance packages during crisis situations
4. Ensured equitable access to nutrition and emergency support
