Current Issue

    • HR and Managers go to ctcLink Team Tile > Assign Work Schedule to update an employee's work schedule (Schedule ID) so time and labor calculates correctly.
  • All new employees and every time an employee’s hours change HR or the employee manager must update the employee's work schedule.  Colleges have employees that work and change schedules often, especially in the summer.
  • There are currently 1,322 schedules to select from.  There are many duplicates.
  • Because there is no uniformity on how these are built, when looking for a complicated schedule it is taking up to 15 minutes to find one schedule
  • In ctcLink it only provides 300 so you must put something in the search to try to find a schedule or pull a query.  They have to pull a query to see all work schedules.
