Notes

Prohibitions

  • Don't start operation before putting the liner into the machine and the liner is empty to avaid the machine burnout.
  • Don't take the liner out when the machine is woking to avaid dangerous.
  • Don't use the power outlet with electric current below the rated current(10A).
  • Don't put the machine into any liquid while cleaning

Attentions

  • To avaid casing problems and damage, please use the original liner only
  • It is recommended that food be placed no more than 80% of the liner.
  • There may be slight odor and smoke during initial use, which is normal.
  • Before the liner is put in, please keep the heating plate clean and tidy to prevent from burning the elements due to poor contact with the liner.

Warning

  • Make sure that the power cord does not come into contact with sharp edges, burrs or hot objects to avoid leakage, electric shock or fire.

  • It must be inserted to the end when the plug is inserted into the socket, otherwise it may lead to overheating and burning of the components due to poor contact.

Low Sugar Rice

Cooking low sugar rice, you need to use two pots, inner pot II(the drain sugar steamer ) and the inner pot I, as the blow cooking instractons. Press the “Low Sugar” button first, and the “ Standard” or the “Advanced” can be selected, and then press the “ Time” to adjust the cooking time,and five seconds later, startsing working automatically.

Menu

Press the “Menu” button to select the function you need, operating as the blow instructions, and then press the “Time” button to adjust the cooking time. For “Braise ” and “Fry”, their cooking temperature can be adjusted by “Temp”, and five second later, the rice cooker starts working automatically.

Temp

For “Braise ”and “Fry”, their cooking temperature can be adjusted . After the cooking function is selected, press“Temp”to adjust cooking temperature, and five second later, the rice cooker starts working automatically.

Note:you can adjust the temperature when one of them is working, which is convenient for controlling the temperature.

Time

After the cooking function is selected, the displayed is the default time, and you can press “Time” to adjust cooking time (This is the time after preheating. Display “ ”for preheating state, the preheating time is not included in the display time, and the countdown will start after preheating.),

Note:you can adjust the time when “Braise” and “Fry” is working. For other cooking functions, the time cannot be changed during work and can only be reset after canceled.

Preset

After selecting feature function, press the “Preset” button to set the preset time within five seconds, and adding 30 minutes each press, 24-hour preset available, fast setting by long press,and then confirm the preset time, it starts working automatically five seconds later.

Warm Cancel

Warm: Heating preservation is available automatically or by pressing the “Warm” button. Cancel: The operation can be interrupted.

Low sugar rice:

Standard Low Sugar——focuses on the efficiency,and the proportion of reducing sugar content and time is the best;

Advanced Low Sugar——focuses on the amount of reducing sugar,and the more amount of reducing sugar than standard low sugar,longer time.

Operation method:

  1. This function is double pot operation. First put the inner pot into the cooker and rotate it for one circle (which is conducive to better contact between the inner pot and the heating plate);
  2. Wash the white rice and pour it into the inner pot II;
  3. Put the inner pot II into inner pot I(as shown in the left figure), and add water to the inner pot until it just covers the rice

Note】:

  1. The water level can be increased or decreased appropriately through the capacity of rice
  2. Due to the different water absorption of different rice varieties, the water level can be adjusted according to the actual operation and in combination with personal experience and taste preference

4. Close the cover, plug in the power supply and power on, click the "low sugar rice" button to select the low sugar category. After selection, the default time is displayed, usually the default time can be used; You can also adjust the time through the "time" key

6. The previous process is the preheating period, and the screen displays the walking lamp. The time of this process is not confirmed, because it is related to the amount of water and rice, and the countdown will be displayed after the pre-heating period.

7. Automatic heat preservation after cooking, " bb" is displayed, with a maximum of 24 hours of heat preservation.

Fast Rice/ Slow Rice:

Operation method:

  1. The function is single pot operation. Put the inner pot I into cooker and rotate it for one circle (which is conducive to better contact between the pot and the heating plate);
  2. Wash the white rice and pour it into the inner pot I;
  3. Add an appropriate amount of clean water according to the rice water ratio of 1:1.2;

【Note】:

Due to the different water absorption of different rice varieties, the water level can be adjusted according to the actual operation and in combination with personal experience and taste preference

4. Close the cover, plug in the power supply and power on, click the "Menu" button to select the “Fast Rice” or “ Slow Rice”. After selection, the default time is displayed, usually the default time can be used; You can also adjust the time through the "time" key

How to use:

  1. This function is single pot operation. Put the inner pot into the cooker and rotate it for one circle
  2. Wash the white rice and pour it into the inner pot;

How to use :

  1. Put the inner pot I into the cooker and rotate it once, and put inner put II into the inner pot I ;
  2. Put ingredients into the inner pot II (or add utensils to hold it);
  3. Add clean water into the pot I. When the water level is lower than the inner pot II, steam it with water;
  4. Close the pot cover, plug in the power supply and power on, click the "Menu" key to select "steam", and the default time is displayed after selection. The time can be adjusted by pressing the "time" key;
  5. working automatically five seconds later.

Put the soup and ingredients into the inner pot II, the water level covers the ingredients, and the soup can be separated after cooking. Other operations are the same as above.

How to use:

【Note】: thick soup and clear soup can achieve the desired effect through water volume and cooking time.

How to use:

  1. Put the inner pot into the cooker and rotate it once;
  2. Put the pickled ingredients into the inner pot (suitable for a small amount of sauce).
  3. Close the pot cover, plug in the power supply and turn it on. Click the "Menu" button to select "Braise Bake ". After selection, the default time and temperature are displayed. The time and temperature can be adjusted by pressing the "time" and "temp" buttons;
  4. working automatically five seconds later
  5. Cover can be opened and stir fried or auxiliary materials can be added during working.

【Note】:

  1. The cooking function is only suitable for a small amount of sauce, not too much. The soup will be dried during preheating and then countdown;
  2. This function has three temperature controls, with the default of 120 ℃; 110 ℃ is suitable for dry baking with a small amount of sauce, 120 ℃ is suitable for dry baking, and 130 ℃ is suitable for dry stewing of meat with more fat;
  3. The time and temperature can be set before starting the work, or reset after the work countdown;
  4. The screen displays time and temperature alternately every 10s.

How to use:

  1. Put the inner pot into the cooker and rotate it once;
  2. Put brine and water into the pot and prepare the brine according to the proportion in the brine manual;
  3. Close the pot cover, plug in the power supply and power on, click the "Menu" key to select "stew", and the default time is displayed after selection. The time can be adjusted by pressing the "time" key;
  4. working automatically five seconds later.
  5. After the halogen material is boiled, put ingredients into the pot, close the lid and continue to marinate.

Fry:

How to use:

  1. Put the inner pot into the cooker and rotate it once;
  2. Turn on the power, click the "Menu" key to select "fry". After selection, the default time and temperature are displayed. The time and temperature can be adjusted by pressing the "time" and "temp" keys;
  3. working automatically five seconds later
  4. The liner pot shall be preheated to ensure that the pot is dry, and then the edible oil shall be poured in. After the oil is hot, the ingredients shall be added.
  5. This function can be used for frying meat and vegetables. The cover can be opened during use.

【Note】:

  1. When frying, it is recommended to use heat-resistant wooden spatula to avoid metal spatula and scratch the pot liner;
  2. This function has three temperature controls, 160 ℃ by default; 130 ℃, 140 ℃ and 160 ℃ can be selected;
  3. The time and temperature can be set before starting the work, or reset after the work countdown;
  4. The screen displays time and temperature alternately every 10s.

Cake:

How to use:

Brush over with cooking oil on the bottom and sides of the inner pot I, Put the marinated ingredients into it, ( ingredients marinating as the instruction of the ingrd five seconds latedients). Press the "Menu" button to select "Cake " (the time can be adjusted at this time), aner, it starts working automatically.

Clean and Maintain

Pull the plug before cleaning the machine.(note: pull the plug first, and then pull the power cord out the machine.

Forbid puting the machine into liquid while cleaning the machine. Let it cool first,use the wet rag to rub it clean, and then use the dry rag to wipe it up. Sure that there are no other things on the heating plate and keep it clean.

Removable inner cover, detach it by pulling the inner botton, and it can be cleaned with water. Use the wet rag to rug the inner side of the pot cover clean after detaching the inner cover. Forbid washing the pot cover under the tap.

Forbid using the steel wool and sharp tool to clean the inner pot while cleaning. Using a rag to rug it clean after soaking it in water, and then use the dry rag to wipe it clean or airing. Sure that keeping its bottom dry, clean and no other things.
