Criteria:

  • A member who makes outstanding contribution to the District.
  • The member should fulfil the requirements in the prescribed form (available below).

Eligibility:

  • The member shouldn't be recipient of ToY award previously in District 126
  • The member should be in good standing of a club in good standing.
  • One Award per Division.

Process:

  • The application for ‘Toastmaster of the Year’ should be sent to the respective Area Director by April 15, 2024.
  • The Area Directors will select and forward 2 nominations to their Division Directors by April 22, 2024.
  • The Division Directors will then recommend the top two, by April 27, 2024, to the District Director.
  • The District Director’s decision will be final.
  • Application will be rolled out as deadline approaches

Criteria:

  • Members achieving Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) status between July 1, 2023, and June 30, 2024.

Criteria:

  • Member should serve as a Judge atleast 7 times in each of the two contest cycles(total 14 times)- club,area level or above, within District 126

Criteria:

Criteria:

  • All Club officers needs to be trained within 15 days of Club Charter.
  • To conduct at least 2 Educational sessions from 'Club Success Series' and at least one from the 'Better Speaker Series' within 6 months of club charter.

Eligibility:

  • Only Club Mentor of the clubs Chartered on or after Jan 1, 2023, are eligible.
  • Should have attended at least 10 Club meetings.
  • Mentor credit awarded by TI on Dashboard.

Process:

  • President/VP Education of New club needs to send sign off Email to PQD office (PQD.vikram@district126.org) within 30 calendar days post the Mentor Term completion.

Award: Financial Leadership Excellence Award (District Stage)

Criteria:

  • Accurate Financial Records: Club treasurers should maintain clear and accurate records of all club transactions, including receipts and payments.
  • Quarterly Financial Reporting: Club treasurers should publish consolidated accounts of the club on a quarterly basis, providing members with a transparent view of the club's financial status. The basic report includes a cashbook, receipts and payments Excel sheet. A sample format of reports will be shared with you.
  • Year-End Audit: Clubs with a 6-month/(1-year term) should conduct an audit in December/(May), either by an audit committee or with an independent auditor. The audit findings should be published for the members' awareness.

Eligibility: There is no limitation on the number of awards, allowing all eligible clubs to be recognized for their financial excellence. Clubs meeting the above criteria should submit their intent to participate by the end of August 2023 through a provided Google form.

Submission Process:

  • Audited Financials: Financial reports signed by Treasurer, President and audit committee. For the treasurers serving a 6-month/1-year term, the first audited report is to be emailed on or before December 30, 2023.The second audited report is to be emailed on or before May 5, 2024.   • Maintain the prescribed agenda of meetings from July 1, 2023, to April 30, 2024. Submit intent to participate when the Google form is launched by end of September 2023.
  • The process would be in 2 parts; the first set of agendas (July 1, 2023, to November 30, 2023) to be emailed on or before December 5, 2023, the second set of agendas (December 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024) to be emailed on or before May 5, 2024. Please ensure to attach the agenda of special event(s) in whichever cycle it may fall in.
  • The folder with the relevant documents to be compressed in a single folder, attached and emailed with the subject line: Logistics award_ Club Name_ Division Name to: dlm.akhilesh@district126.org.

Recognition: Social media recognition for the club and plaque for SAA of both terms or one term, if annual tenure.

1: Education and Training Goals

  1. The Club should achieve 10/10 goals of the Distinguished Club Program by 15th April 2024

2. A minimum of 15 club members or 60% members (whichever is lower) should complete any level in the Pathways program between 1st July 2023 and 15th April 2024.

3. A minimum of 2 members completing full Path between 1st July 2023 and 15th April 2024.

4. All seven club officers must attend training during both cycles (July 2023 & January 2024) of COTP/TLTPs (no proxy, Top-Up & Offline trainings allowed for COTP/TLTP Cycle 2)

2: Contest Goals

  1. A Club should conduct all the official speech contests in the official TI Contest format (Nominations will not qualify for this criterion) Online Contests are acceptable.

2. Such clubs must ensure that all details, in the prescribed form, are sent by the Chief Judge of the Contest only to the DCJ/PQD office and immediate level District Officer within 7 days of it being held. Form will be released soon

3. At least six members should serve as a Judge in each of the two contest cycles at club level contest within District 126.

4. At least three members should serve as a Chief Judge in each of the two contest cycles at club level contest within District 126.

3:Administration Goals

1.The Club should submit its duly filled Club Success Plan to its respective Area Director & Division Director by 31st August 2023 and

revised one by 31st January 2024

2. The Club must conduct the Moments of Truth module from the ‘Successful Club Series’ twice; once before 31st August 2023 and once

before 28th February 2024.

3. A scanned copy of the filled worksheets of page numbers 2 and 3 along with the Action plan, which can be found at

https://www.toastmasters.org//~/media/1552323ec5b34eee9460a2142e1b1901.ashx, must be submitted to the respective Area Directors

on or before 01st September 2023 and 01st March 2024, respectively.

4. Both the President and Vice President Education of the Club should attend the District Council Meeting (DCM). They must register at the venue for the meeting or sign in for the Virtual DCM before time (as per guidelines for the quorum)

4: Membership Goals

1. The Club should hold Membership Building Campaign where an open house is arranged to attract new members to the home club in the presence of Area or Division Director OR Conduct a special meeting for non-toastmasters (minimum 15) in the presence of Area or Division Director.

2. The event should be conducted twice between 1st August 2023 and 31st March 2024. Summary with pictures should be sent to the CGD and the District Officer who attended, within ten days of the event.

3. Adding 5 New Members to the club within 30 days of conducting the above Membership Building Campaign/Special Meeting.

4. The Club shall pay and upload* membership dues of at least 20 members by 25th September 2023 (for October 2023 to March

2024 period) and by 25th March 2024 (for April 2024 to September 2024 period).

*Members added later than the above dates will not qualify for this criteria
