Target 11.1: By 2030, ensure access for all to adequate, safe and affordable housing and basic services and upgrade slums.��

• Firstly, we need to build basic services of the area like independent electricity supply(from eco-friendly source like solar, wind, hydro, etc.), good drainage systems, good network of roads to ensure connectivity with other cities. Using electricity power from natural source will surely be cost effective and would ensure affordable housing.
• Next we need to focus on survey of land which is safe for construction of a well developed settlement, which has proper water supply and the source of water should be near to the settlement to make cost effective for transportation of water through pipelines.
• Making of local markets, hospitals, educational institutes is another necessary task.
• For land survey, we can use data from satellites and for ground survey drones usage can be implemented. They can give us accurate physical features and topographical nature of various lands. From the gathered data, civil engineers could do proper analysis to sort them and choose the most suitable land for constructions.

Target 11.2: By 2030, provide access to safe, affordable, accessible and sustainable transport systems for all, improving road safety, notably by expanding public transport, with special attention to the needs of those in vulnerable situations, women, children, persons with disabilities and older persons.�

• First, construction of good quality roads need to be made with good connectivity between cities. This will reduce accidents as we know huge number of accidents occurs daily due to bad condition of roads. Constructions of many number of roads will ensure accessibility. Government should make railway network even more large by adding new stations and new lines in rural areas. Thus, more projects on railway should be implemented.
• To make cost effective we should now focus on natural source of energy for fuel or power of transports. Vehicles should start using electricity as their source of power and the electricity can also be produced using natural ways such as solar, hydro, wind. Railways should stop using Diesel engine and should focus on complete electrification. This way not only we will get affordable transport facilities but also pollution free country.
• In every transport, we should make sure there is handicap seating facilities and seat reservations for women and senior citizens. Although, this facility is there in our country from much earlier but still we see normal peoples using their seats. We should educate and aware people in such cases as a responsible citizen.

Target 11.3: By 2030, enhance inclusive and sustainable urbanization and capacity for participatory, integrated and sustainable human settlement planning and management in all countries.�

• The main areas of action, the key methods adopted and the outcomes achieved by these practices were identified. Key elements in successful sustainable urbanization strategies were found by conducting a series of association analyses between the areas of action, methods and outcomes. Findings highlight the importance of community participation, capacity building, education, partnerships and job creation in achieving urban sustainability.

• We should be able to provide adequate shelter for all; improvement in human settlements management; promoting sustainable land-use planning and management; promoting the integrated provision of environmental infrastructure: water, sanitation, drainage and solid waste management; promoting sustainable energy and transport systems in human settlements; promoting human settlements planning and management in disaster-prone areas; promoting sustainable construction industry activities and promoting human resource development and capacity-building for human settlements development.

Target 11.6: By 2030, reduce the adverse per capita environmental impact of cities, including by paying special attention to air quality and municipal and other waste management.�

• We should prevent air pollution by using electric vehicles and trains. For electricity production we use coal which needs to be stopped and wind, solar, hydro energy should be used. We should setup huge number of windmills, solar power plant and hydro energy plant.
• To improve the air quality we can plant and use scrubber systems and electrostatic precipitator in public areas.
• For setting up windmills, solar power plant and hydro power plant a proper survey of the area needs to be conducted and that can be done using drones. For climate related data we can refer to data collected by satellites.
• A pre-planned waste management system should be implemented. We should alert people to avoid using plastic bags and safe disposal of wastes. We should urge people to recycle more. We should conduct more research on usage of waste products like fertilizers and polyblend mixtures. More study should be done on hazardless recycling process of electronic wastes.

Target 11.7: By 2030, provide universal access to safe, inclusive and accessible, green and public spaces, in particular for women and children, older persons and persons with disabilities.

• We should start increasing the number of educational programs incorporating food security, nutrition and seasonal diet perspectives.
• Focus on development related to food security, nutrition and seasonal diets, is much required.
• Making awareness relating to food and nutrition, drawing on collections, should be aimed at vulnerable and marginalized groups.
• Help research activities on collections that relate to resilient agricultural practices, helping mitigate and adapt to climate change, flooding and other disasters.
• Open and green spaces offer opportunities to advance wellbeing and a sense of personal satisfaction for all individuals living in urban areas. Improving our physical and mental wellbeing, fortifying our networks, and causing our urban areas and neighborhoods to become progressively alluring spots to live in and work are some of the advantages.
• Green spaces can also help, contribute in affordable and clean Energy, by bringing down city temperatures, and contributing to a more energy efficient city.
