About the Weapon...
Control Panel has four octagonal slots in its center panel, each can fit a prism to use its charges.
Firing the weapon requires minimally two operators to simultaneously turn two dials located at opposite ends of the control panel. If one creature has extraordinary reach, this may work as well.
Turning the dials and knobs that can activate the weapon have a few different labels;�ARM WEAPON / ACTIVATE WEAPON
Because of how bright the weapon gets, averting your gaze may be necessary to operate the control panel.
