Poster Guidelines for Economy Report

• Each economy is requested to prepare one poster to fit the aspect ratio of 16:9 and email a soft copy (Word/PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat) of the poster to the Secretariat by 20^th October 2025.
• In the 32^nd meetings, all posters will be displayed on the screens in the meeting room, and hard copies will not be provided.

Poster Session Instructions

• For each session, a presenter will stand at his/her �poster displayed on one of the screens.
• Delegates will go to the posters (screens) – �Spread themselves around the presenter.
• The presenters will give a five-minute overview followed by a five-minute discussion and question time.
• When the time (10 minutes) has elapsed, the organiser will display the next poster for another economy. The next presenter provides the overview for the delegates.
• Take this opportunity to connect with your colleagues. You may continue the conversations during coffee/meal breaks.
