Inside the prison/jail cells, there are many experiences with COVID19. There is a lack of materials to help keep the incarcerated safe.
Our design will be for all inmates and guards in prison/jail. COVID19 has extremely impacted, specifically African Americans, the incarcerated because of the lack of safety procedures and products inside the jail. Taking safety precautions is very important because of the increase in cases and deaths. Our plan is to decrease the amount of cases in prisons, and provide the products necessary to be safe.

We need a partnership with a penitentiary center. United States Penitentiary Atlanta or Phillips State Prison are a few prisons nearby. We would need to find an engineer with the tools and materials to build the SprayFrame 2.0+. To build the SprayFrame 2.0+, we can buy nozzles from the Lechler company. We can buy a door frame from the Webstaraunt Store. We would need to hire someone to smooth out the door frame before we can find a welder in Georgia to help us weld the nozzles to the door frame.
In this year of 2020, we are more than sure that every inmate will be secure after our product is inside the prisons/jails. This will allow them to be safe and have the tools they need during the COVID19 pandemic. By accessing the SprayFrame 2.0+, they will be able to determine and aid the inmates that are at risk of experiencing COVID. We believe that our design will solve the problem. The government will have access to our design, so the SprayFrame 2.0+ will be maintained and monitored inside. This means that there will be a reduced amount of contact with at-risk inmates and guards.

The SprayFrame 2.0+ is a part of the “COVID Safety Prison Pack”. This consists of the safety instructions, safety products (i.e. sanitizer, thermometers, etc.) The SprayFrame is a door frame to be put
in schools to help disinfect the students and
teachers. The SprayFrame 2.0+ performs
similar jobs, but it’s for the prison systems and
helps keep the corona virus out of prisons.
The SprayFrame 2.0+ has a lever, nozzles that
rotate through different functions. It also
contains an extra conveyor belt for items you
should not carry through the frame. In addition,
we added a lever to be able to control when it sprays rather than an automatic sprayer to remove the chance of malfunctions in the SprayFrame 2.0+.
