Google Keep integrates with Docs and Slides, and all of your Keep notes are available across devices.

Start a new note-

Give it a title and start typing!

Start a list- Click on the list icon and start entering items.

Turn a note into a list- From the 3 dots, select “show checkboxes”

Give it some color

With the pallet icon

Share with people-

Click the share icon

Now you can share shopping lists with your spouse!

Add a Label- From the three dots.

Select Labeled List- Locate labels on left side of the screen. Labels let you isolate the notes with specific tags.

Add an Image- Click the image icon and select the image you want.

Note: From the mobile app, you can choose to add a picture that you take from the camera.

Pin a Note- Click the thumbtack! This makes the note always appear at the top (combine this with an image for more impact).

You can drag and drop notes or images into your doc. Or, you can copy and paste from Keep into Doc

Reminders

  • If you set a reminder for a time, an alert will pop up on your computer or mobile device at the time indicated.
  • If you set a place reminder, an alert will pop up on your mobile device when you arrive at the place you chose! My favorite feature.
