SUCCESS CRITERIA:

Students will demonstrate what they know by:

• Explaining how they will use at least 1 strategy in their own senior year.
• Successfully joining the 2027 Google Classroom
• Finding their gpa, credits, completed courses, and remaining requirements on their transcript to determine if they are on track for graduation.
• Explain 1-2 differences between CSU, UC, Private, and Community Colleges.
• Navigating California Colleges to understand current a-g eligibility.
• Locating where to launch California Colleges applications.

Log into California Colleges through EGUSD portal.

Click on the California Colleges icon:

1. Click on My Plan at the top and go to Academic Planner.
2. Review the courses in your Academic Planner. These courses come directly from your school district.

Click on CSU Eligibility or the UC Eligibility tab and review the courses in this view.

Status can be any of the following 3

• Green courses are verified ”A-G” courses.
• Courses in red indicate you received a grade of D or F.
• Yellow courses are unique because your school considers them “A-G” courses, but they cannot be verified by the UC Management Portal.

What if I have a RED Box on my summary?

A-G Eligible:

Go to summer school to make up a D or an F.

​

Graduation:

Go to summer school to make up an F.

Yellow means that the course is not recognized as an A-G course by California Colleges.

​

It could be a class taken at another school.
