Warehouse

Overview:

The Warehouse is responsible for Deliveries, Document Storage/Retention, Receiving, Stores and Shredding. They only receive deliveries between the hours of 7:30am to 3:30pm. The Warehouse does not have a loading dock. They do have a forklift. Deliveries can be offloaded with the fork lift if pallets are placed at the end of the truck bed. Please call Rudy to schedule a large delivery or pick up a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

The Mailroom is responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail for the District.  It is distributed in the boxes by 12:00PM daily. Postage stamps are not available in the mailroom.  US outgoing mail accepted as long as it has postage on it.

The Mailroom is located in Bldg 1000, Room 1003 off of the staff lounge. (directly under the library and next to the Gallery)
