  • Before leaving work, I update my task tracker, outlining priorities and identifying tasks I can delegate
  • I meet with my superintendents to assess their office-related needs and ensure they have the necessary support to do their job effectively
  • I walk the job site every morning to stay informed about daily progress and activities
